Jai! It's our birthday 🥳 Did you know that today is the 108th day of the year? On this exact same day 3 years ago we opened our shala 😃The number 108 is a magical number. We call it a Harshad-number as 108 is divisible by the sum if it's digits (Harshad means 'great joy') 😍The diameter of the Sun is 108 times the diameter of the Earth. In turn, the distance from the Sun to the Earth is 108 times the diameter of the Sun. And the average distance from the Earth to the Moon is 108 times the diameter of the Moon 😅🤯We are here to remind you through the practice of yoga that life is magical in itself. Klara Puski is a senior certified Jivamukti teache

Klara Puski is a senior certified Jivamukti teacher based in Paris. She completed her teacher training in 2014 in New York, with Jivamukti Yoga founders Sharon Shannon and David Life. Since then Klara has been guiding classes around different studios in Paris and all around the world. She feels blessed to teach and equally sees it as an opportunity to serve, share and learn. The last years she has been studying with incredible teachers like Dona Holleman, Maty Ezraty, Simon Park and Krista Cahill.
