Yin yoga is a calm style of yoga. The practice of yin yoga supports the health of your organs. Through applying pressure on the connective tissue, yin yoga enhances the communication in between the different parts of your body (muscles, joints, ligaments, organs). The longer-held postures create healthy ‘stress’ on the connective tissue. This allows the blood circulation to improve. Yin yoga is healthy for everybody: when you’re particularly active in your daily life, but also for example when you suffer from stress.
