Meditation

 

 

  • For relaxation, grounding and more bodily awareness 
  • Seated and reclined postures, sometimes combined with movement 
  • Accessible for everybody: no previous experience necessary!

After only half an hour of meditation you will experience more relaxation, grounding and body awareness. Charlotte works intuitively and in tune with the energy of the group, which means that each guided meditation might be slightly different; sometimes it’s a seated meditation, sometimes you’re lying down and other times there is meditation in movement. The bigger purpose stays the same though: grounding and softening to practice and experience safety in presence; to enlarge your capacity for life.  

Is meditation new to you? No worries, you’re more than welcome. Meditation is accessible for everybody, you don’t have to have any special skills.
