After just half an hour of meditation, you will experience more relaxation, grounding and body awareness. Charlotte works intuitively and in tune with the energy and the group, which means the meditations will be slightly different each time: sometimes the meditation is sitting, sometimes lying down, sometimes there is meditation in movement. But the larger goal remains the same: grounding and softening to practice and experience safety in presence; to increase your capacity for life.

Is meditation new to you? No worries, you are welcome. Meditation is accessible to everyone, you don't have to have any special 'ability'.
