Personal guidance during a yoga class at Studio 108

Experienced Vinyasa Flow

  • For experienced practitioners who practice regularly
  • In-depth exploration of postures, pranayama, and meditation
  • Yoga Philosophy and Self-Study (Svadhyaya)
  • Tailoring Your Practice to Your Own Needs

In addition to Beginner, Basics, and Intermediate, there is also Experienced Vinyasa Flow. This class focuses on mastery, subtlety, and self-realization.

As an experienced practitioner, you explore the deeper, more inner aspects of yoga: philosophy, energy, and meditative states. The practice is less about “doing” and more about “being.”

What will be covered?

  • A deeply felt practice with fluid transitions, combining strength, endurance, and flexibility.
  • Integrating advanced, more complex poses and pranayama.
  • Regular meditation and self-study (Svadhyaya).
  • An in-depth understanding of yoga philosophy and its practical application in daily life.
  • Learn to intuitively tailor your practice to your own needs.
