Kim started to practice yoga as a teenager. She immediately felt as if she was coming home. There was something familiar and instantly fitting to the practice: the movements, the rhythm, the shapes and deepening. Starting out in a more static practice in Iyengar Yoga, she found her way in to a more dynamic and free way of moving. As therapist she recognized the enormous benefits of yoga towards healing and restoration, connection and contentment.

Now, as experienced trauma-sensitive yoga teacher, she combines practices like Hatha Vinyasa, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Meditation as ways to connect to your inner self.

In silence and movement, in softness and relaxation, in surrender and allowing yourself to just be.
