Kim learned about yoga as a teenager. It immediately gave her a sense of coming home, as if it was familiar and fit naturally: the movement, rhythm, forms and depth. From a more static practice in Iyengar yoga, she found her way to more dynamic and free movement. As a therapist, she noticed how big a part the body has in recovery and finding connection and fulfillment. Meanwhile, as an experienced trauma-sensitive yoga teacher, she combines practices such as Hatha Vinyasa, Restorative yoga, Yoga Nidra and meditation to come closer to yourself. In stillness and movement, in gentleness and relaxation, in surrender and daring to be.
