Then we will warm up the body in a sun salutation flow practice. After this we will chant mantras together, which is a deep meditation practice. Klara Puski is a senior certified Jivamukti teache Klara Puski is a senior certified Jivamukti teacher based in Paris. She completed her teacher training in 2014 in New York, with Jivamukti Yoga founders Sharon Shannon and David Life. Since then Klara has been guiding classes around different studios in Paris and all around the world. She feels blessed to teach and equally sees it as an opportunity to serve, share and learn. The last years she has been studying with incredible teachers like Dona Holleman, Maty Ezraty, Simon Park and Krista Cahill.
