This program is not about giving you more information. It’s about supporting you to deepen your existing knowledge, refine your unique teaching style, and grow through a personalized, experience-based approach.

Program: Focus & Outcomes
Teachers Lab 108 is a professional and personal development program for both new and experienced yoga teachers who want to:
- Reignite the joy of teaching by discovering and embracing your authentic voice.
- Learn to make conscious choices about what and how you teach.
- Deepen your skill in asana guidance—observe more, assist better, and use props purposefully.
- Give individual attention with confidence, without interrupting class flow.
- Refine your use of voice, language, and presence.
- Learn how to integrate chanting, harmonium, and yoga philosophy into your classes in a meaningful way.

Intervision (Peer Review & Reflection)
A safe and supportive space to share dilemmas, exchange feedback, and grow through collective wisdom.
- Teachers attend each other’s classes and reflect on real teaching experiences.
- You’ll gain insight into your own practice while learning from others’.
- Build self-confidence by both receiving and giving specific, helpful feedback.
One-on-One Mentorship
Two private sessions tailored to your learning goals and teaching journey.
- Focus on a specific topic, class plan, or challenge.
- Receive guidance to uncover and move beyond limiting beliefs.
- Includes live teaching with personalized feedback.
Group Workshops
Learn, practice, and explore with a small group of dedicated teachers in interactive sessions designed to be inspiring, practical, and fun.
- Real-world teaching scenarios, feedback rounds, and hands-on practice.
- A space to try new things, ask questions, and connect with others on the same journey.

Learn how to integrate philosophical themes into classes and deliver impactful, inspiring dharma talks. - Mantra & Harmonium
Discover the joy of chanting and playing harmonium—from beginner basics to heartfelt expression. - Cueing & Language
Refine your verbal cues. Get creative and playful with language while staying true to your authentic voice. - Special Guest Workshop
Join internationally respected teacher Eyal Chehanowski for workshops and Satsang sessions that expand your practice and teaching.

Personalization & Structure
We believe learning is most powerful when it’s personal. The program starts with a tailored intake to assess your needs and shape your journey.
Program Duration: 12–16 weeks

- 2 individual mentorship sessions (1.5 hrs, in-person or online)
- 1 peer class visit with feedback
- Optional: 2 harmonium workshops (3 hours each)
