Norman’s exploration of yoga began around 2000, driven by a need for rest and balance amidst the demands of his hectic life in the theater, where he worked as a director and actor. From the very first class, he was immediately, as they say, “hooked”—feeling a deep connection to the practice.
However, it wasn’t until later—through physical injuries and personal setbacks—that yoga truly became a transformative force in his life. That’s when he discovered its profound healing power, and the journey really began.
Today, Norman teaches Vinyasa and Yin yoga, along with offering Yoga Therapy in both private sessions and group settings. His goal is simple: to share with others the experience he had—the realization that yoga is not just about postures, but a holistic practice that nurtures both body and mind. For Norman, yoga extends beyond the mat, touching all areas of life.
In his classes, you’ll experience a dynamic flow in Vinyasa, a calming rhythm in Vinyasa Basics, or the peaceful stillness of Yin. Regardless of the style, Norman’s classes are always infused with personal attention and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. He strives to ensure that every student feels supported, both on and off the mat.
