
Kasia’s dedicated journey inwards began almost 10 years ago with her first 10-day silent Vipassana meditation course, opening the path to an ongoing exploration of yoga, spirituality, and psychotherapy.
Alongside being a mindfulness and yoga teacher, she is also an Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy practitioner—bringing together parts work, somatic tools, and heart-centered presence to support healing and transformation (which often unfolds through joy and connection!).
She regularly hosts women’s circles, cacao ceremonies, and works with plant medicine, creating spaces for dropping from the mind into the heart, for growth, and for inner transformation. For years, she has drawn inspiration from her beloved spiritual teacher Tara Brach, and you’ll often hear her share one of her guiding mantras: “Self-compassion is your superpower!”
