Kasia Kayara is a Certified Mindfulness Teacher, meditation guide and heart-centered facilitator. Her meditation journey started in 2016 with her first 10-day-silent Vipassana meditation course. Since then she has been learning and exploring healing practices, including yoga, plant medicine and somatic work, combining them to create events where the heart softens.
