“True transformation starts when body, mind, and breath come into harmony—this is the heart of my yoga practice and teaching.”

Mareille is an experienced yoga instructor with a background in sports and movement. What started as a way to improve flexibility became a deep passion for yoga as a path to physical and mental balance. Since 2011, she has guided others on their yoga journey, integrating physical, mental, and energetic awareness.

Her practice began with Critical Alignment Yoga, building a strong foundation in spinal alignment and body awareness. She later explored the dynamic styles of Svaha Yoga, including Ashtanga Vinyasa, Jivamukti, and Bhakti Yoga. Her training includes:

  • 200-hour Vinyasa & Yin Teacher Training (David Lurey & Mirjam Wagner)
  • 300-hour Hatha/Ashtanga Vinyasa & Ayurveda Training (Kerala, India)
  • 200-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training (José de Groot & Mirjam Wagner)

Inspired by Dr. Gabor Maté and Jan Bommerez, Mareille believes true learning happens when the nervous system is in balance. She creates a safe, supportive space where students cultivate strength, relaxation, and inner peace.

In addition to yoga, touch and body awareness are central to her work. She is a trained massage therapist and coach, integrating breathwork and deep bodywork into her practice.

You can find Mareille on the mat as a substitute teacher for Vinyasa Flow Basics, Vinyasa Flow Intermediate, Relax Flow, Early Evening Flow, Early Morning Vinyasa Flow.
