Elén’s yoga journey began in 2013 in Berlin, where she discovered yoga as a profound practice of self-connection and transformation. Since then, yoga has been her steady anchor and compass, guiding her to deepen her practice through teacher trainings in Vinyasa (Liisa Russman & Anne Vida-Ikeda), Yin (Jonas Jonatan, further enriched by Paul Grilley’s teachings), and Yoga Nidra with Fleur van Zonneveld, while refining her teaching under the mentorship of Karo Tak.
For Elén, the fusion of breath and movement transforms yoga into a holistic practice of body, mind, and energy. Her classes invite students to attune to their bodies, release tension, cultivate presence, and allow energy to flow freely. By connecting breath with movement, students explore self-expression, emotional release, and embodied awareness, leaving the mat feeling grounded, energized, and aligned with their authentic selves.
