The yoga practice "on the mat" offers you many learning opportunities. In addition to the physical, mental-emotional and spiritual benefits of the practice, you can use the experiences on the mat to gain deeper insight into your thoughts and behavior. Behavioral and postural aspects "on the mat" come back into coaching so that you start acting from more awareness in your real life. If you practice yoga, for example, you learn to recognize stress signals earlier. You also get tools to reduce stress that you can use in all kinds of situations. From alignment principles you develop more body awareness. This has a positive effect on your posture off the mat and can also help you in the sustainable recovery from injury. By consciously working with your breathing, you can learn to deal with resistance and relax in difficult moments. You develop your personal leadership by setting intentions on the mat, which you learn to implement in your life through coaching sessions. The spiritual side of the practice and practicing in a group can strengthen your sense of connection. 

In short, we guide you so that you become the architect of your life and health (again).

After your intake, we will put together a yoga and coaching program for you (individually or in a group). During this step you will experience different styles of yoga practice, learn more about yoga philosophy and work on your intention and desired learning outcomes for the program.

EXPLORE

Based on your needs, desired learning outcomes and intentions, you will dive deep into the yoga style of your choice and the coaching will be intensified. In the coaching process we work with different tools and instruments, but the basis is always progression-oriented coaching, taking small steps towards the desired outcomes. You will deepen your knowledge of yoga philosophy and gain a deeper understanding of this ancient practice.
