• You can also participate in workshops that dive deep into yoga philosophy, asanas, and  nature walks.

• Vegan healthy food made from their garden to our plates , from scratch by Masca de Mandala chefs.

A team of three will be with you during this retreat.

You will be guided by Sharon for your yoga practice.

Together, you will be taken on a journey, deepening your understanding of yoga through movement and meditation.

Sharon is the owner and the heart of Studio 108. With her profound knowledge of ancient wisdom and spirituality, she weaves these teachings into her classes in a gentle, subtle, and accessible way for her yogis. Her classes are a combination of flow (movement in connection with breath), technical alignment, philosophy,respect and attention to the tradition of the practice. She is currently deepening her practice and teaching in  Iyengar Yoga .

Aysegul is the founder of Soul Revive, a wellness program offering coaching, workshops, and retreats rooted in self-discovery. Her yoga journey began with Studio 108 through her personal healing path.

She is the organizer of this yoga retreat. 

Gemma began her journey as a Karma Yogi when Studio 108 opened its new location, and very recently she started teaching hatha yoga classes. She’s been a vital part of the yoga retreats since the start.

The Mandala de Masca kitchen prepares 100% plant-based meals, using:

• organic, local and garden-grown ingredients
  • homemade nut-based cheeses (from their own nut trees)
  • fresh vegetables & fruits from their terrace gardens
  • slow food philosophy: nothing rushed, everything intentional

This retreat is alcohol-free, supporting clarity and deep rest.

Mandala de Masca is home to Yogini Rosa, a foundation dedicated to supporting women recovering from breast cancer.
When they are not hosting their own specialized programs, they open their space to groups like ours.

By hosting our retreat here, we help:

• keep their center alive
  • fund their recovery retreats
  • support women in their healing journey

Your retreat becomes part of a greater circle of care.

Which yoga levels are accepted?

You are always welcome , still this retreat will be most suitable for you if you have been practising at least 3-6 months vinyasa yoga.

How many people will there be on the retreat?

We have 16 spots available

In which language is the retreat?

Lessons are English. We also speak Dutch ofcourse 

What should I bring with me?

We recommend practicing with your own mat. If you don’t have one, we will provide you with one. We have all props available for a full yoga experience at our location 

When does the retreat start and end ? 

This retreat starts in the evening with a gathering , dinner at 6:30 pm and relaxing yoga afterwards. On the last day we will plan a visit to El Medano, a nice town by the beach side . The program will end around 4 pm. 

Can I come early and stay longer?

Absolutely. You can extend your stay in a nearby town or elsewhere on the island. We can give you recommendations.

Do you have a promotional offer?

If you are a member of Studio 108 (Unlimited, Unlimited Flex or Light membership), you will have 5% extra discount ( not possible to use with other discounts) 

If you are a group of three friends, we have a special price. 

Is there a swimming pool?

Yes. There is a beautiful spring-water pool / floating area with mountain views.
