I spent much of my early school years daydreaming and contemplating deeper questions. I believe that once we begin to ask ourselves fundamental questions like Who am I? Where have I come from? What am I meant to do here?—we’ve already embarked on the journey of self-inquiry. This inner exploration helps us discover our true nature and purpose in life. Through my yoga practice and deep self-reflection, I have integrated these early musings into my life’s work of teaching and sharing.

My yoga journey began during a challenging and dark phase of my life. However, from the moment I stepped on my mat, I felt a deep sense of homecoming. Yoga became a transformative tool, allowing me to heal, connect, and understand life in a profound way. It taught me that real happiness is cultivated from within.

After my first trip to India, I immersed myself even deeper, exploring spirituality, yoga philosophy, and Hinduism. I discovered that yoga is actually about paying attention—the connection between dhyāna (meditation) and āsana (postures) is a brilliant methodology. The physical practice of āsana helps train the mind in concentration, preparing it for deeper meditation. This process takes us from dark levels of awareness to increasingly subtle levels of inner perception.

I teach from my personal experience, and I consider my daily practice to be my greatest source of wisdom. My classes emphasize mindfulness, self-awareness, acceptance, and, above all, deep love for this practice.
