Four workshops across three days, bringing togethe Four workshops across three days, bringing together different dimensions of yoga practice. Move - Understand - Breathe - Inquire 🙏🏻 Each workshop is complete on it’s own. Taken together, they move from the visible aspects of practice toward the subtler ones — from movement and structure, through breath and attention, toward stillness and inquiry. About Eyal Thirty years of practice. One integrated approach. Eyal Chehanowski has practised yoga since 1996. He studied Ashtanga Yoga with Sri K. Pattabhi Jois in Mysore in 1997 and 1998, and his teaching has since been shaped by Ashtanga, Iyengar Yoga, Jivamukti, pranayama, Qigong and contemplative practice. He has been leading yoga teacher trainings internationally since 2008. Eyal is also a practising Structural Integration practitioner, bringing a detailed understanding of anatomy, fascia, movement and touch into his yoga teaching. His approach is not about combining traditions for the sake of variety, but about understanding what each can reveal about practice: structure without rigidity, strength without unnecessary tension, breath without force, and inquiry without dogma. Full weekend: 250 euros (studio members 225 euros) Single workshop: 75 euros (studio members 65 euros) To book: link in bio or DM 🤗 #yogaworkshops #studio108amsterdam #yoga #ashtanga #iyengaryoga

Without offering yoga philosophy, you’re actually Without offering yoga philosophy, you’re actually not really offering yoga.🪷✨ Does sharing yoga’s deeper teachings feel like reading from a script? In Module 4: Living Philosophy, we explore how to bring ancient texts off the page and into your authentic voice. Guided by Sharon and Susana, this interactive lab helps you turn philosophy into an applicable, living practice for today. What we will practice Sept 11–13: 🔹 Embodied Teaching: Let themes naturally inform your language, presence, and structure. 🔹 Practical Sharing: Practice delivering short, confident reflections and dharma talks in real situations. 🔹 Authentic Voice: Weave wisdom into asana and breath by speaking from personal experience. Philosophy isn’t just something you explain—it’s something you live and transmit. 📍 Studio 108, Amsterdam 🗓 Sept 11–13, 2026 🔗 Link in Bio to claim your spot! #YogaPhilosophy #TeachersLab108 #Studio108 #YogaAmsterdam #EmbodiedTeaching”
Stop memorizing textbook anatomy. Start reading re Stop memorizing textbook anatomy. Start reading real bodies. 🦴✨ Have you been teaching for a while, yet still feel unsure about your anatomical knowledge? Do injuries in sometimes make you hesitate when guiding your students? Anatomy shouldn't just be a brief chapter from your foundational training. In Module 3: The Anatomy of Asana, we’re moving beyond standard alignment cues to understand what is actually happening inside the body. Guided by the amazing Dr. Lori Zucker (Doctor of Physical Therapy & Jivamukti-yoga teacher, New York), this interactive lab bridges the gap between clinical science and your everyday teaching. What we cover June 12–14: Function over form: How joints, muscles, and fascia actually move. The "Why": Knowing exactly when a student needs strengthening, stretching or letting go. Real Bodies: Confidently navigating injuries and individual anatomical differences. You hold space for everyone else but who holds it You hold space for everyone else but who holds it for you? ✨ Being a yoga teacher, coach, or facilitator is a gift, but it often comes with a hidden cost: performance pressure, the “inner critic,” and the struggle to stay authentic while managing the energy of a room. In Module 2: The Self-Led Teacher, facilitator Kasia invites you into a professional laboratory to explore the internal landscapes of teaching. Using principles of Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, we’ll meet the parts of us that show up when we guide others—the perfectionist, the people-pleaser, the doubter—and learn to lead from a place of true clarity and compassion. Reconnect with your joy. Teach from trust, not expectation. 📍 Studio 108, Amsterdam 🗓 May 29–31, 2026 🔗 Link in Bio to join this standalone module. #YogaTeacherDevelopment #InternalFamilySystems #YogaAmsterdam #InnerLeadership #YogaMentorship
