Join our new Iyengar Yoga All Levels class, a universal and inclusive yoga practice open to every kind of body and mind.
Iyengar Yoga recognizes that all asanas are for everyone — but not necessarily at every moment of our lives. B.K.S. Iyengar deeply studied the human body, its possibilities and its limitations, understanding how they shift depending on the time of day, the month, the year, and the different phases of life — including times of illness or injury.
In this class, postures are approached with care and intelligence. When certain actions are not appropriate, alternatives are offered. Props are skillfully used, bodies may be gently adjusted, and specific sequences are taught to support a safe and conscious journey toward each posture, always with attention to alignment.
While asana practice works with the physical body, Iyengar Yoga goes beyond movement alone, weaving awareness of breath and mind into the practice. The result is a thoughtful, supportive space where strength, stability, and inner consciousness can gradually unfold.
Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, you are welcome!
