
Dafna realized early on that movement is her favorite language. After dancing throughout her childhood, she discovered yoga at 20 years old, a practice she has been devoted to ever since. With over 900 hours of training, she has studied with teachers she deeply values, including Adam Harel, Simon Borg Olivier, Noah Maze, Jason Crandell, Annie Carpenter, and more. Over the years, her practice expanded from a strong physical foundation into a softer, more somatic flow – shaped by travel, life transitions, and her inner journey.
To deepen her knowledge of the body, Dafna explored therapeutic approaches such as reflexology and Body-Mind-Centeringยฎ, before committing to a five-year program in Osteopathy, which she will complete in 2026. Both osteopathy and yoga share the same principle: everything in the body, just like in the universe, is connected. This perspective shapes her practice and teaching. Through mindful movement, breath, meditation, and body awareness, she invites students to find balance, ease, and deep joy.
