Soul Revive is full of options and tailored to your needs.

You will be guided into the deepening of your yoga practice, with different types of vinyasa classes, yin yoga, yoga therapy, breathing exercises, meditation, silent walks.

Soul Revive is open to all levels of experience in yoga, whether you have just started out or already spent many years on your yoga mat.

Our teachers offer space for your personal journey at your own pace.

Accomodation

We are currently exploring beautiful locations in nature to host the next retreat, ensuring the perfect balance of tranquility and accessibility.  The chosen destination will offer you an immersive experience surrounded by greenery, ideal for reconnecting with yourself and nature.

You are encouraged a sustainable travel, so whether by train or car, you’ll have an eco-friendly journey. Once the location is finalized, free pick-up will be provided for you from nearby train stations, and you will be informed of full details about transportation and parking options.

Rooms and Hotel facilities

You are offered both single and shared room options, allowing you to choose the experience that best suits your preferences. Whether you seek the privacy of a single room or prefer to share with another participant, both options provide their own unique benefits.

Though we are still finalizing the room details, rest assured they will be comfortable and fully equipped for your stay. You’ll have everything you need to feel at home and focus on your wellness journey.

In addition to the peaceful surroundings, we always include extra activities such as access to wellness facilities like swimming pools, saunas, or jacuzzis (depending on the location), ensuring plenty of opportunities for relaxation and rejuvenation.

For those seeking more adventure, we will also have activities like hiking, nature walks, or other outdoor experiences as part of the program, offering a well-rounded retreat for both body and mind.

Meals

Our retreat will feature a thoughtfully curated menu, focusing on an Ayurvedic diet and healthy vegetarian meals to nourish your body throughout the experience. While the exact details are still being finalized, you can expect delicious and balanced meals designed to support your wellness journey.

You will be provided with tea, water, and fresh juices throughout the day, keeping you hydrated and refreshed. Small, healthy snacks will also be available to ensure you have enough energy during activities and throughout your day.

As part of our holistic approach, you are encouraged to a cleansing experience, so we do not offer or recommend alcohol during the retreat.

Teachers

At Soul Revive, you will be guided by two exceptional teachers, Sharon and Norman, who bring a wealth of experience and passion to their practice. Together, you will be taken on a transformative journey, deepening your understanding of yoga through movement, and meditation.

Sharon is the owner and the soul of Studio 108.  Her famous class in Studio 108 is Saturday morning Vinyasa flow.

Norman , a theater professional turned yoga teacher. He is giving yoga therapy classes in Studio 108.

Together, Sharon and Norman will help you explore inversions, deepen your practice, and introduce you to the philosophy behind yoga, allowing you to connect mind, body, and spirit in a truly immersive experience.

Schedule

Soul Revive begins by gathering in a welcome circle, where you set our intentions and kick off the journey together, creating a sense of connection and purpose.

Each day starts with a morning yoga session to energize or ground you, followed by a nourishing breakfast. Afterward, there’s time for personal reflection, relaxation, or nature walks—whether you prefer to wander alone or share the experience with others. A light lunch will be served before you dive into a workshop where you’ll explore deeper aspects of yoga philosophy, including chakras and energy flow.

In the afternoon, you come together again for a yoga practice, followed by a delicious dinner.  Every day ends with a relaxing yoga and meditation session, allowing you to unwind and reflect on your journey.

The program is designed to be flexible and adaptable to your needs, ensuring you find balance and ease throughout the retreat.

You end as you began—with a closing circle—coming together once more, connected with each other and within ourselves.

A Sample Day

7.30 am – Morning practice, energizing relaxing vinyasa flow

9.00am – Breakfast

11.00 am – Free time, you can join our guided silent walk, enjoy wellness center, or read a book

12.00 am – Light lunch

1.00 pm – Themed workshops such as Chakras, partner yoga

4.00 pm – Afternoon Vinyasa yoga

6:30 pm – Nourishing dinner together

8.00 pm – Relaxing yoga and meditation

FAQ

How do I get to the accommodation?

You will need to organize your own transportation to our location. We recommend coming by train or by car. Pick up from train station is possible. Car sharing will be organized. 

What yoga levels are accepted?

Yes, our retreat is for all levels.

How many people will be on the retreat?

We have 12 spots available

What language is the retreat?

Lessons are English. We also speak Dutch ofcourse 🙂

What should I bring with me?

Take your mat. We recommend practicing with your own mat. If you don’t have one, we will provide you.

Can I come early and stay longer?

We are not organizing it, but we can get you in contact with the location.
