Jai Vaswani, originally from Mumbai, India, spent much of his life focused on weight lifting as his primary form of physical activity. However, he paid little attention to his technique, stretching, or recovery—neglecting these key elements ultimately led to serious lower back and shoulder injuries. In 2015, Jai decided to explore Yoga as a way to address these issues, and the results were nothing short of transformative. Not only did Yoga improve his posture and flexibility, but it also enhanced his strength in the gym, something he hadn’t anticipated. As Jai’s Yoga practice deepened over the years, he began to notice significant shifts in his mental and emotional well-being. The meditations and breathing techniques helped him manage stress and anxiety more effectively, bringing balance to both his body and mind.

Motivated to deepen his practice further, Jai enrolled in a Yoga teacher training course in Goa in 2023. His goal was to expand his knowledge and gain the skills needed to help others achieve their fitness and wellness goals. Although he is still refining his personal teaching style, Jai’s unique background in weight lifting, combined with his Yoga expertise, ensures that each of his classes is both challenging and rewarding. His mission is simple: to inspire his students to improve, even if just by 1%, with every class they attend.
