Join us for a high-intensity Hatha Yoga class as we flow through 108 Surya Namaskars (Sun Salutations) in 60 minutes. This is a fast-paced, cardio-focused practice designed to build strength, endurance, and inner heat.
Class Structure:
-3-4 minutes for a quick demo and explanation of the flow
-50 minutes to complete 108 classic Hatha Surya Namaskars, at a steady pace of 24 seconds per round (with just 2-second transitions between poses)
-5-6 minutes for a relaxing Shavasana to cool down and integrate the practice
This class will challenge your stamina, engage your core, and improve flexibility. It’s perfect for those who are looking to push their physical limits and experience the energizing power of Sun Salutations.
