Do you know that feeling?  That you really need a break after a morning filled with work (behind your laptop)? Or maybe you’re a slow starter and you could use an hour of yoga to head towards the rest of your day with renewed freshness?  ng en kun? Yoga lunch class is a dynamic 60-minute  class  after which you will enter the rest of the day  with loads of energy.    Sequences of postures (asanas) follow each other in a flow of movement and breath. We end class with a reclined relaxation (savasana).
