Yin Yoga Nidra

 

  • Calming and relaxing class, 75 / 90 minutes
  • Yin stimulates the connective tissues, improves blood circulation
  • Longer-held postures, 3-6 minutes
  • End class with yoga nidra (‘yogic sleep’)

In this super relaxing class we will start with a sequence of longer-held postures (yin yoga). We end class with yoga nidra; also called ‘ yogic sleep’. While lying on the back of your body, the teacher will guide you through verbal instruction towards a deeper level of consciousness in between waking and sleeping. It is said that one hour of yoga nidra equals 3-4 hours of sleep! Ideal for you if you could use some extra rest in your life.
