A very dynamic 60-minute class. Yes, you will sweat for sure! Every class is build up around sequences of forward bends, backbends, twists, balancing poses and inversions. This is a high-paced class. The teacher will guide you into variations on basic postures in a creative sequence. We end class with a relaxation posture (savasana). A super nice class to end your (work)day and with an empty mind easily float into the rest of your evening.
