Feeling connection with yourself through self-awareness is what Mira is intrinsically about. Yoga is a wonderful way to explore, mirror, contemplate and most of all (re)feel your physical, mental, emotional and energetic being out of curiosity.

Around the year 2000 she was introduced to yoga at Svaha Yoga, the way Yoga was shared inspired her greatly and has led to a journey of discovery within a wide range of yoga styles. After years of 'self-practice', in 2018 she took a Vinyasa flow Teacher Training from David Lurey and Miriam Wagner, followed by specializations in YinYangYoga and the therapeutic approach of TCM (Chinese Medicine), meridians & organs, the chakra & 5 element teachings and so much more.

She experiences the power of Yoga, body-centered, breath, and energy work as an inexhaustible resource and has evolved deeper on this path. Mira facilitates Yoga, body-centered 1:1 sessions in trauma release & breath work, retreats and various specials.

Her Yoga classes are flowing, sparkling, playful, challenging, connecting and grounding, through Meditation, Pranayama (breath work), dynamic Vinyasa Flow, stilling Yin or balancing YinYang Yoga.
