With this class we go all the way back to the basis: did you know that every form of contemporary yoga originates from the tradition of Hatha Yoga? In a traditional Hatha Yoga class you will stay in postures for a longer periode of time with a strong focus on breath and the alignment of the posture. Pranayama, breathwork, guided meditation and targeted relaxation are generally part of a Hatha Yoga class.
