Discover the intimate power of mantra chanting with Bianka.
In this two-hour workshop we will first warm up the body with a flow practice, connecting movement and breath. Then we will dive deeply into the chanting of different mantras. In Sanskrit, ‘mantra’ literally means ‘to cross over the mind’. This ancient art of Mantra chanting can bring you into a deep state of meditation. The mind becomes still but you’re still alert and present.
Bhakti Yoga (or devotional yoga) is one of the four traditional paths of yoga, next to Hatha Yoga (physical yoga), Jnana Yoga (intellectual yoga) and Karma Yoga (yoga of selfless action).
